Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both of us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancel 4 hours or more before your appointment start time for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancelling less than 4 hours before the appointment is not refundable.
  • No-Show (Remote): If you are unreachable more than 15 minutes after the appointment time, it will be cancelled and is not refundable.
  • No-Show (Onsite): If the technician arrives and you are unavailable or the appointment cannot proceed due to access issues, the service is not refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Free Reschedule: Reschedule 4 hours or more before the appointment with no extra charge.
  • Late Reschedule: Rescheduling less than 4 hours before the appointment is treated as a late cancellation; the service is not refundable.

Terms of Service

Data & Liability

While every care is taken to ensure the safety of your data and devices, FixAnyTech cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the course of repairs or troubleshooting.

We strongly recommend that you back up all critical data before any service appointment. If you need assistance with backing up your data, please let us know at the start of the appointment.

Payment

Payment for scheduled appointments is generally taken at the time of booking via our secure online system. For any additional time or services agreed upon during the visit, an invoice will be issued immediately upon completion, payable via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, address, phone number, passwords) is used solely for the purpose of providing technical support. We do not share your data with third parties unless explicitly required for the service (e.g., setting up an account on your behalf) or required by law.
